The 2008 TBEC Honor Roll awards celebration will take place in San Antonio on November 10th. Last year we recognized 385 schools here in Austin. Schools are selected based on a formula which takes into consideration the percentage of students passing all tests and the percentage of students passing all tests at the commended level.
